Dublin is a community located on the Scioto River in the northwest section of metro Columbus. It is a 20-minute drive from downtown, accessible from I-270 and US33/SR 161.

Dublin was first platted as a village in 1810, the land originally given to Lieutenant James Holt as payment for service in the Revolutionary War.
